In 2006, he founded Talent ARC to provide companies innovative recruitment solutions and strategic program management. Today, each of Talent ARC’s operating divisions is positioned as the “go-to” resource for their respective talent markets.
Responsible for executive leadership, strategic planning, organization building, and management of the Talent ARC organization, Yuri also provides sales and operations guidance to each of Talent ARC’s divisions.
In addition to positioning the company for future growth as a food industry and manufacturing recruiter of choice, Yuri also oversees Talent ARC’s project RPO team, including leading a 5 year embedded engagement with Whirlpool providing corporate Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering recruiting support.
Most recently, Yuri lead Talent ARC’s 3 year engagement with Kellogg Company, supporting Kellogg’s North American Supply Chain and Manufacturing recruiting efforts, delivering over 300 hires across Kellogg’s 35+ location North American footprint.
Prior to founding Talent ARC, Yuri spent time working under David Szary, a global recruiting industry pioneer, and founder of Recruiter Academy and Lean Human Capital. While at Recruiter Academy, Yuri helped launch a national recruiting initiative for a Fortune 250 client that was experiencing rapid growth & expansion.
Yuri started his recruiting career as a manufacturing recruiter with one of the world’s most highly respected maintenance recruiting agencies, Aerotek, where he received multiple accolades, including spending more than 8 weeks as Aerotek’s #1 producing commercial recruiter and leading Aerotek’s largest on premise contract staffing account.
Total, Yuri has over 15 years of leading maintenance recruiting agencies of all sizes, in addition to serving client companies as a technical staffing subject matter expert, and lead supply chain & manufacturing recruiter.
A Michigan native, Yuri earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College with an emphasis in Management, while competing athletically for the Britons football team.
