Job Description
Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician for an established 300 unit apartment complex in Arlington, VA
Location: Arlington, VA
Pay: $28-34
Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) Monday-Friday w/ on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks
Job Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in residential/multi-family property management
- Supervisory or lead background experience is required to assist with coordinating with vendors, work orders, etc.
- Experience working on HVAC Split Systems and must have CFC or Universal certification is required, will need to deal with and purchase refrigerant
- Appliance repair is required
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Tech Savvy is preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license?
