National Leader, With A Stable Book Of Business and A Growing Business Is Looking For A Sr. Maintenance Manager to Lead Their Maintenance Department
Location: Martinsville, VA
Salary: $120-$140K
Shift: Day shift hours, times are flexible
Job Qualifications:
- Management experience in food or pharma manufacturing plants
- Experience overseeing salaried employees is a plus
- Experience working with CMMS systems
- Experience with budget management, planning and execution
- Experience developing, implementing, and optimizing preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Experience with food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation is a plus
- Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt) and continuous improvement experience is a plus
- Must have previous hands on experience with production equipment
- Relevant degree and certifications are highly desired
- Relocation availalbe
