Job Description
Maintenance Utilities Manager for a Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay: $140-$160K
Shift: 1st shift (8am-5pm) flexible on hours
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of maintenance leadership experience
- Must have knowledge of refrigeration, steam, compressed air, industrial electrical systems, and automated manufacturing process controls
- Must be licensed in boilers (high pressure) and refrigeration
- Red or Gold Seal Refrigeration license is a plus
- Blue Seal Boiler license is a plus
- Knowledge of Windows; Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; Internet software, and CMMS software is required.
- Working knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background
- Degree in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred
