Job Description

Maintenance Manager for a Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company

Location: Decatur, IL

Salary: $100$-130K w/ 10% bonus

Shift: Day shift

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience overseeing teams of 10-15 technicians; experience overseeing salaried staff is a plus
  • CMMS and PM experience is a plus
  • Experience with Ammonia systems is a plus
  • PSM (Process Safety Management) management is a plus
  • Background with automation and utilities is a plus
  • Mechanical, electrical & PLC troubleshooting background
  • Food manufacturing background is required (dairy background is a plus)
  • Relocation assistance is available
