Lead Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:
- Experience working as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing
- Experience overseeing teams of 1-3
- Must have mechanical and electrical experience in manufacturing
- PLC troubleshooting is plus
- Steel industry or fabrication experience is preferred
- Experience with scheduling, work orders, PM’s
- Ability to read blue prints and schematics
